The Vitek Performance Products limited warranty covers your ignition wire products for one year from date of purchase and covers manufacturers defects only. This warranty is limited to REPAIR OR REPLACE ONLY and does not offer any monetary return coverage under any circumstances. If you discover a defect with your Vitek Ignition product, you should contact Vitek at the below listed phone number to speak with a customer service representative about the nature of your defect. The representative will upon his/her determination, issue an RGA# (Return Goods Authorization) so that you may send your product back for examination. If it is determined that your Vitek ignition products failed due to a manufacturer defect, your product will, at Vitek's discretion be repaired or replaced and sent back to you. Under this limited warranty, Vitek is not responsible for any consequential damages such as labor charges, repair charges or vehicle downtime as a result of Vitek ignition products failure. Further, Vitek Performance Products is not responsible for any injury resulting from the installation or removal of your Vitek ignition products. There are no other warranties expressed or implied which extend beyond those set forth in the preceding paragraphs. VITEK IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SHIPPING CHARGES RESULTING FROM WARRANTY COVERAGE.

The following items will be considered cause for Vitek to deny and void all warranty for your product:

• If it is determined that the product failed due to improper installation.
• If it is determined that the product has been mistreated or purposely abused.
• If the enclosed dielectric grease has not been applied to the connecting points before installation.
• If it is determined that your ignition product has been used for racing applications.
